營造繁忙都市中的一抹風景
基地小、要求機能多、且三邊臨路、法規檢討多、周邊狀況又複雜! 是一個有難度、具挑戰性的案子!
外觀上，在有限的基地及需要滿足法規要求的條件下，以盒及牆作為空間構成的主要元素: 藉由兩道弧牆串連三個盒子，營造富有趣味性的虛空間，使光影在其中流動，塑造一個有虛有實、有高有低、有凹有凸，有份量但不笨重、能吸引目光、輕巧有趣的小建築。
室內上、延續建築的元素及經驗，像是清水模弧牆、斜柱、開口等；在一樓以弧牆將人引導進入室內，在經由富有光影變化的樓梯間進入二樓的接待區域及三樓的樣品屋區。另外材料的選配除滿足機能與維護的要求之外，也顧及整體的協調性及塑造了空間的舒適性與質感。
整體來說，建築利用簡約流暢的弧牆與幾何量體，及架構起盒體的斜柱，創造了層次豐富的立面及整體的輕盈感；我們希望塑造一棟臨市區街道，外觀意象強烈但不誇張，內外經驗延續、表情豐富、雖小但能吸引目光的臨時性建築。
Creating a focus in the busy street
Small site, many functions required, road frontage on three sides, many regulatory reviews, and complex surrounding conditions! It was a difficult and challenging case!
On the outside, under the limited base and the need to meet the regulatory requirements, the main elements of the space are boxes and walls: two curved walls connecting three boxes to create an interesting virtual space, where light and shadow flow, shaping a small, light and interesting building with a mixture of virtual and real, high and low, concave and convex, heavy but not bulky, attracting the eye, and light and interesting.
In the interior, the elements and experience of the building are continued, such as the clear water molded curved walls, slanting columns, openings, etc. On the first floor, the curved walls are used to guide people into the interior, and then through the staircase with rich changes in light and shadow, they enter the reception area on the second floor and the sample house area on the third floor. In addition, the selection of materials not only meets the requirements of function and maintenance, but also takes into account the overall harmonization and shapes the comfort and texture of the space.
Overall, the building utilizes simple and smooth curved walls, geometric volumes, and diagonal columns that frame the box to create a richly layered façade and an overall sense of lightness. We wanted to create a temporary building that is oriented to the urban street, with a strong but not over-the-top appearance, and with a rich expression of continuity of experience both internally and externally, and that is small enough to catch the eye.
